Job description

Provide professional advice on personal loans, business loans, and property financing

Assess clients’ financial background and loan eligibility

Assist clients in preparing and submitting required loan documents

Liaise with banks, financial institutions, lawyers, and business partners

Follow up on loan applications to ensure smooth and timely disbursement

Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment structures, and conditions to clients

Maintain good client relationships and provide after-sales support

Ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
                    

Requirements

Experience in loan, banking, or financial services is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)

Possess own transport
