Job description

Complete daily tasks on time, including updating the vehicle logbook, recording deliveries, and tracking mileage.

Ensure the vehicle is in good condition and safe for road use in compliance with applicable regulations.

Conduct regular vehicle inspections and cleaning.

Perform basic repairs and maintenance (if necessary) in the event of accidents or breakdowns during transit.

Plan the most efficient route from collection point to delivery location.

Act as a purchasing representative to procure recyclable materials from customers on behalf of the Company (if required).

Oversee and coordinate the workflow of assigned team members.

Comply with all regulations and laws set by the Ministry of Transport and adhere to the Company’s internal policies.

Carry out additional ad-hoc duties as assigned when required.
                    

Requirements

Must possess a valid GDL (Goods Driving License).

Able to work at Cheras, Selangor.

Possess own transportation for daily commute to the office.

Able to read, write, and speak Bahasa Melayu.

Willing to work overtime / outstation if required.

Familiar with Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Putrajaya road routes.

Experience operating box trucks and roro vehicles will be an added advantage. 

Good knowledge of road safety regulations. 

Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge. 

 Time management and punctuality. 

Responsible and disciplined.

Physically fit and able to lift heavy items 

Good attitude and teamwork
