At Easyreno, an Interior Designer is not limited to producing drawings and 3D visuals. You will progressively gain hands-on experience across the full renovation journey — from understanding client requirements and developing practical designs to drawings, quotations, vendor coordination, site execution and handover.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career designers who want to build strong professional foundations through real condominium renovation projects in Penang.

Responsibilities
Develop space planning, concept direction and practical interior design solutions for assigned residential projects.
Prepare and revise 3D visuals / renderings based on client requirements and project direction.
Prepare 2D drawings including layouts, elevations, ceiling plans, electrical / lighting plans and carpentry details.
Support preparation and checking of quotations, variations and project documentation under team guidance.
Coordinate materials, finishes and specifications with suppliers, vendors and the carpentry / factory team.
Participate in site measurements, site visits and project coordination.
Follow up on project progress and provide timely updates to the internal team and clients where required.
Identify design, technical or site issues early and seek guidance when necessary.
Support projects from Client → Design → Drawing → Vendor → Factory → Site → Handover.
Maintain organised project records, drawings and follow-up actions.

在 Easyreno，室内设计师的工作不只是画图和制作 3D 效果图。你将逐步参与完整的装修流程——从了解客户需求、发展实际可执行的设计方案，到图纸、报价、供应商协调、现场执行及最后交付。这个职位适合刚毕业或处于职业初期、希望通过 槟城真实公寓装修项目 打好专业基础的设计师。

工作内容
为住宅项目进行空间规划、设计概念及实际可执行的室内设计方案
根据客户需求及项目方向，制作及修改 3D 效果图 / Rendering
准备 2D 图纸，包括平面图、立面图、天花图、电气 / 灯光图及木作细节图
在团队指导下，协助准备及检查报价、Variation Order 及项目文件
与供应商、施工团队及木工 / 工厂协调材料、饰面及相关规格
参与现场测量、现场巡查及项目协调
跟进项目进度，并在需要时向内部团队及客户提供及时更新
尽早发现设计、技术或现场问题，并在有需要时主动寻求指导
参与完整流程：
客户 → 设计 → 绘图 → 供应商 → 工厂 → 现场 → 交付
保持项目文件、图纸及 follow-up action 有系统地整理和更新
                    

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 and relevant rendering software.
Able to produce presentable 3D visuals and basic technical drawings.
Willing to visit sites and learn practical renovation execution — this is not a desk-only design role.
Good communication skills and willingness to interact with clients, vendors and team members.
Responsible, organised and able to follow through on commitments.
Open to feedback, willing to learn and comfortable working in a structured team environment.
Able to use AI and digital tools responsibly to improve planning, communication and productivity will be an advantage.
The final offer depends on portfolio quality, 3D / technical capability, communication, internship or working experience and overall readiness to contribute.
Qualification influences the starting point. Capability determines progression.
