Job description
• Service existing customers and develop new customers from time to time
• Drive and build sales with proper planning throughout the year based on assigned territories
• Achieve monthly targets with strategic sales planning
• Regular visits to customers with clear objectives, to promote new products / services, to discover their needs, to propose solutions for their problems
• Fast response to customers request on quotations, enquiries and issues
• Close follow up on deals and potential orders to ensure orders are secured
• Efficiently work with customer services team to ensure smooth deliveries of customers orders, accurately and without delay
• Efficiently work with finance team to ensure payment is collected on time
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
• Candidate with MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) or Electronic and Electrical Test & Measurement experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to base in Johor, possess own transport & willing to travel within Malaysia
• Able to meet deadlines, follow through on commitments & take corrective action
• Excellent communication / interactive skills, customer service skills and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
