• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential instax B2B markets, industries, and niches with growth potential. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the Sales team and other relevant departments to create a comprehensive B2B expansion strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Utilize various lead generation techniques such as email marketing, cold calling, social media outreach, and content marketing to identify and attract potential B2B clients.
• Create detailed customer profiles and buyer personas to understand the unique needs, pain points, and preferences of B2B clients.
• Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience, emphasizing the value proposition and benefits of the company's products or services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, leads, and insights to facilitate B2B sales conversions.
• Regularly measure and analyze the effectiveness of B2B marketing campaigns and strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs). Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
• Liaison with external digital agency on social content calendar planning, social media advertising/campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge on CRM, Email Marketing and other analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Preferred with proven working experience of 2 year in a fast-paced, operational role with an ability to strive under pressure.
• The Senior Marketing Executive role will focus on conducting market research, developing B2B expansion strategies, identifying and attracting potential B2B clients, and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
Requirements
• Baseline knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Basic knowledge of graphic editing skills( AI, video editing skill)
• Experience with B2B Marketing & Business Development is a huge advantage for Senior Marketing Executive
• Fast learner, growth mindset, and ability to multitask while being detail-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
• Able to work immediately will be an added advantage.
