Job description
Finance & Accounting:
Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and payment records and other ad hoc accounting tasks as required
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support monthly closing and other accounting processes
Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding finance matters
Administrative Support:
Maintain employee and candidate records in HR systems
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication, and other ad hoc administrative support
Support recruitment data entry, such as uploading resumes and updating candidate tracking
General office administration tasks, including filing and documentation
Provide support to HR and other departments as needed
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in finance/accounting or admin support
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
Strong communication skills and team player
