Job description
Lead, coach, and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets
Drive and manage overall sales performance across retail (indoor) and online channels
Set, monitor, and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management
Plan and execute sales programs, campaigns, or projects to drive revenue growth
Work closely with store leaders to improve sales execution, conversion, and productivity
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on sales initiatives and promotions
Identify performance gaps and implement training, coaching, or improvement plans
Prepare regular sales performance reports and updates for management
Requirements
Proven experience in sales management or sales leadership
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Results-oriented and comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Experience managing retail (indoor) and/or online sales channels
Able to plan and execute sales programs or projects
Good communication and coordination skills
Self-motivated, hands-on, and proactive
