Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote Tetrapak equipment and hygienic pumps to targeted industries.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored equipment solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Food Technology, or related fields).
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in food manufacturing, dairy, ice cream, cosmetics, sauces, or hygienic -equipment industries.
- Knowledge of Tetrapak equipment and hygienic pumps (or similar processing/packaging machinery) is highly preferred.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia and regionally when required.
