Job description

Perform basic office and administrative tasks / 执行基本的办公室和行政任务

Handle data entry, filing, and document sorting / 负责数据录入、文件归档和整理

Answer phone calls and respond to basic enquiries / 接听电话并回复基本咨询

Prepare simple documents, invoices, or reports / 准备简单的文件、发票或报告

Support other departments / 协助其他部门

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills / 良好的沟通和人际交往能力

Basic computer knowledge (POS system, Microsoft Office) / 基本的电脑知识(POS系统、Microsoft Office办公软件)
