Qualify, develop & respond to leads.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
Match customer requirements to the right products, proposing the most effective products and configurations.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
Prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations, ensuring competitive pricing and clear communication.
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
Collaborate with partner stakeholders (e.g. CNC, Metal Fabrication) to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective customer management and strategic account development.
Interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Participate in design & fabrication discussions, follow industry standard processes.
Other ad-hoc tasks as required (e.g. periodic stock take)
Requirements
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably within the mechanical engineering industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management, organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Speak, Read & Write conversational English or Mandarin.
Can read & understand GD&T drawings, 2D Plan drawings, 3D Isometric drawings.
