• Prepare sales quotations, invoices & sales orders
• Process customer orders and follow up delivery status
• Maintain customer records, pricing & contracts
• Support sales team with reports (sales, stock, forecast)
• Handle customer enquiries & after-sales documentation
• Assist in tender / PO / documentation filing
