Job description
Handle incoming sales enquiries from customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in.
Prepare quotations, sales orders (SO), and invoices accurately and promptly.
Follow up on quotations, customer confirmations, and order status.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and sales documentation.
Support outdoor sales / key account sales with administrative and sales coordination tasks.
Assist in basic after-sales support and customer service.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in indoor sales, sales support, or customer service (machinery/industrial field is an advantage).
Good communication skills in English & Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic ERP / accounting systems.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently.
