Job description

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients such as architects, quantity surveyors, main contractors, interior designers, and other stakeholders.

2. Present, promote, and demonstrate our products and brands to clients, ensuring clear understanding of product features and benefits.

3. Coordinate with sales coordinators in preparing quotations and deliver proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

4. Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.

5. Track project developments from planning to execution stage and engage with relevant stakeholders to position company products.

6. Provide market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

7. Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry events when required.
                    

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, design, or building materials industry.

3. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

4. Self-motivated and target-driven.

5. Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend project meetings.
