Job description
1. Oversee and manage the full inventory lifecycle, including receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and tracking materials.
2. Ensure all incoming goods are verified against delivery orders or invoices and recorded accurately in the system.
3. Maintain efficient inventory control processes and ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation.
4. Supervise regular stock checks and lead monthly or quarterly stocktaking activities to ensure accuracy.
5. Monitor stock levels, analyze usage trends, and plan replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment in compliance with company standards.
Coordinate closely with purchasing, operations, and production teams to meet material requirements.
Report damaged, expired, or missing items promptly and recommend preventive measures.
Ensure all store-related records, reports, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Requirements
1. Academic Qualification: Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma or additional certification in logistics/supply chain is an advantage.
2. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in storekeeping or inventory control, with strong understanding of stock management practices.
3. Must be able to communicate in Chinese (mandatory requirement).
4. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
5. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word);
