𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. In charge of order planning, receiving, picking, quality control and packing activities.
2. Document filing to be properly done
3. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & carry out housekeeping (5S) practice in warehouse
4. Accomplish any task/responsibility assign by warehouse manager
5. To Wave invoice & segregate according to location respectively
6. To ensure incoming goods & shipments are properly load or unload from the transporter and ensure physical stocks are tally with packaging list/invoice and carry out put away process
7. Inform store supervisor/ Assistant Store Supervisor when receiving of damaged or shortage of quantity goods immediately
8. Acknowledge receipt of goods and dated
9. Prepare arranging and stacking of goods
10. Retrieving of goods as per invoice, accuracy in order picking
11. Goods consignment note to be picked
12. Report any damaged or stock discrepancies immediately to the Supervisor/ Warehouse Manager
13. Ensure items picked in correct quantity and conduct appearance check before delivery
14. Ensure correct modification is done as per in the modification form
15. To check strictly on returned and rejection goods.
16. Ensure products are protect with proper packing material & method before delivery
17. All picked invoices to be recorded in the delivery record book and to be acknowledge by the person who delivers
Requirements
1. Minimum 𝗦𝗣𝗠 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 1 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 working experience in the related field
2. Ability to lift inventory items and perform physical tasks.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. Good communication and customer service skills.
5. Able to read, write, & communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
6. Reliability, punctuality and willingness to work extra hours.
7. Basic knowledge of inventory management.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. GDL License is an added advantage.
10. Basic computer skills (e.g. data entry, email, or inventory software).
