* Student Admissions (enrolment, registration & documentation)
* Front desk duties and parent enquiries
* Handling student data, records & documents
* Accounting support (AP, AR & General Ledger)
* Knowledge of SQL Accounting
* Liaison with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
* General administrative work
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
* Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience
* Experience in an international school or educational institution is an advantage
* Good English written & verbal communication
* Strong interpersonal & time management skills
* Able to work independently in a demanding environment
* Positive attitude, self-motivated & disciplined
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
