Job description

Develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems using Revit software.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient coordination of MEP systems.
Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model.
Generate detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
Continuously update and improve BIM models based on project changes and feedback.
                    

Requirements

Proven experience as a BIM Modeller with expertise in Revit software.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in construction.
Proficiency in clash detection and resolution within BIM models.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for BIM
Experience with other BIM software and tools (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD).
Certification in BIM or Revit software.
Previous experience in large-scale construction projects.
Relevant to data center experience is preferred
