Job description

•	Perform onsite installation of equipment, devices, and related hardware.
•	Execute structured cabling tasks, including cable pulling, termination, labeling, testing, and documentation.
•	Assist with mounting, rack installation, and setup of network, IT, or electrical components.
•	Follow installation plans, drawings, and instructions provided by engineers or supervisors.
•	Conduct basic troubleshooting and report any issues or risks encountered during onsite work.
•	Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in proper working condition.
•	Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines, company policies, and industry standards.
•	Collaborate with team members and communicate job progress to project leads.
•	Provide onsite customer support when required and maintain a professional work attitude.

                    

Requirements

•	High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
•	Experience in onsite installation, cabling, or field technician roles preferred.
•	Basic knowledge of networking hardware, cabling standards (e.g., Cat5e, Cat6, fiber), and installation practices.
•	Ability to read and follow technical diagrams, floor plans, and work instructions.
•	Physically able to lift equipment, work on ladders, and perform manual tasks.
•	Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•	Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
•	Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours when needed.
