Job description
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new customer accounts across industries.
• Promote and sell a variety of automation and technical products including proximity sensors, filters, conveyors, pumps, motors, switches, light indicators, laboratory supplies, UV curing systems, ultra-low freezers, torque drivers, and fabricated items.
• Provide support for existing customers, including handling enquiries, processing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing feedback or issue resolutions.
• Deliver first-level technical and sales support in response to customer requirements.
• Work closely with partners and internal teams to meet customer expectations and project requirements.
• Understand customer needs and analyze competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements
• Experience in automation-related products such as DC/AC motors, sensors, drives, pumps, switches, I/O & motion controllers, conveyors, or similar equipment.
• Product training will be provided internally and through our principals and partners to build strong technical competency.
