Job description
Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term delivery and service) with suppliers.
Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
Responsible for preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
Perform ad-hock tasks if needed
Requirements
Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related courses.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, 中文 (as will needed to deal with supplier from China)
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Nusa Bestari
Applicants who can start work with short notice will be added advantage
6 days working
Candidates who have hardware or Building Materials purchase experience will be added advantage
