Job description
1. Recruitment & Selection
-Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
-Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
-Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants.
-Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities.
2. HR Administration
-Maintain and update employee records and databases.
-Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and documentation.
-Support filing, data entry, and document control tasks.
3. Employee Engagement
-Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
-Support employee welfare initiatives and HR communication.
4. Training & Development
-Help coordinate training sessions, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations.
-Support the preparation of training materials and reports.
5. HR Compliance & Documentation
-Assist in updating SOPs, checklists, and HR forms.
-Ensure proper confidentiality and compliance with HR procedures.
6. Other Duties
-Provide general support to the HR team as required.
-Participate in any ad-hoc tasks or HR-related projects.
Requirements
-Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
-Good organizational and time-management skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
