Job description

🛠 Job Responsibilities
•	Handle customer enquiries after sales (WhatsApp, email, phone)
•	Coordinate service requests with service engineers & technicians
•	Follow up on service schedules, breakdown cases, and spare parts
•	Prepare simple documents (service reports, quotations, delivery updates)
•	Update customer records and job status
•	Communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction
•	Support the sales and service team when needed


                    

Requirements

✅ Job Requirements
•	Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates are welcome
•	Diploma / Certificate / Degree (any field; engineering is a plus)
•	Good communication skills
•	Responsible, patient, and willing to learn
•	Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, Excel)
•	English & Bahasa Malaysia required (Mandarin is a bonus)
