Job description
Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts within assigned regions or industries.
Promote and sell DMG’s compressors, parts, and related systems to industrial clients (especially in P.E.T. bottle blowing and manufacturing sectors).
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to assess customer requirements.
Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals in coordination with the technical and service teams.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, compressors, or pneumatic systems (experience in PET or plastic industry is a plus).
Strong technical background with the ability to understand compressor systems and air solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel within Indonesia.
