- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Responsibilities include data entry, filing, answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and other general office duties as assigned.
- Provide clerical support to other departments as needed to ensure efficient workflow across the organization.
- SPM level academic qualification. (Welcome fresh Graduates / SPM fresh leavers.)
- Computer literate with good typing skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
- Collaborative and positive attitude
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
