Job description
Operate production test equipment (including flying probe, in-circuit test, and functional testers).
Troubleshoot and repair defective products from assembly/system level down to component level.
Debug and analyze failure boards, including field returns.
Control WIP inventory of boards under debug and maintain accurate traceability.
Maintain and perform reactive maintenance on test equipment to minimise downtime.
Monitor test performance and yield trends to support continuous improvement.
Support implementation of engineering change orders (ECOs).
Develop and update technical or operational training documentation.
Supervise and guide Engineering Operators.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
Hands-on experience in electronics testing, debugging or functional verification.
Strong analytical and troubleshoot skills at both system and component level.
Familiarity with ICT, flying probe, or functional test systems is a plus.
Detail-oriented with good documentation and data-analysis abilities.
Able to manage WIP debug inventory effectively.
Team-oriented mindset with some leadership experience or potential.
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
