Job description

Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth running of the branch
Supervise and schedule staff, monitor attendance, and ensure teamwork
Maintain store cleanliness, stock display, and customer service standards
Handle cashiering, daily sales closing, and basic reporting
Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and replenishment
Support head office in implementing promotions and operational procedures
Resolve customer issues politely and maintain good store reputation
                    

Requirements

Age below 45 years
Minimum 2 years experience in retail or outlet management
Able to communicate in basic Bahasa Malaysia & English
Responsible, cooperative, and proactive in solving problems
Customer-friendly and confident in handling day-to-day operations
Leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate a team
