Now, we’re seeking a PA to GM —
a right hand, a creative thinker, a trusted partner who helps turn vision into reality.

🌸 Your Mission

As the PA to GM, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to coordinate, organize, and execute cross-departmental initiatives — from business strategy to brand storytelling, from internal meetings to cultural projects.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

-Assist GM in strategic planning, project coordination, and business follow-up.
-Manage communication, scheduling, and interdepartmental updates.
-Prepare and edit English & Mandarin documents, presentations, and reports.
-Participate in brand meetings, product launches, and cultural collaboration projects.
-Support the execution of marketing, wellness, and cultural events.
-Conduct research and compile insights related to lifestyle, wellness, and Eastern aesthetics.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in creative yet structured environments,
who can balance practicality with imagination.


                    

Requirements

We’re Looking For Someone Who

-Has strong organization, writing, and communication skills (English & Mandarin).
-Possesses a good sense of aesthetics, branding, and cultural storytelling.
-Is self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential matters with maturity.
-Has prior experience in administration, marketing, branding, or executive assistance.
-Is naturally curious about fragrance, culture, spirituality, or artful living.
