We are looking for a Retail & E-Commerce Assistant（门市与电商运营助理） who is passionate about aesthetics, fragrance, and soulful living.
You’ll be joining a boutique lifestyle brand that goes beyond agarwood — we are expanding into the mind-body-spirit (身心灵) wellness space, blending tradition with creativity.

Key Responsibilities
-Retail & Lifestyle Experience
-Welcome walk-in customers with warmth and sincerity
-Introduce our agarwood & wellness collections, helping customers find what truly resonates
-Maintain store display, cleanliness, and atmosphere — creating a calm, elegant retail vibe
-Assist in packaging, labeling, photography, and in-store events
-Handle cashiering and daily reporting

🛒 E-Commerce Operations
-Manage and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & website
-Process and pack online orders accurately
-Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, Messenger, and Shopee Chat (training provided)
-Assist in content posting, visual updates & online promotions
-Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure smooth online-to-offline flow
                    

Requirements

We’re Looking For:
-Language: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and basic English
-Education: Minimum SPM (3 credits including Math, English, Science) or Diploma and above
-Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Shopee / TikTok / Canva / Excel (training provided)
-Personality: Friendly, detail-oriented, with good aesthetic sense & positive energy
-Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior retail or e-commerce experience is an advantage
-Bonus if you enjoy fragrance, art, culture, or holistic lifestyle content
