Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations:
-Oversee day-to-day retail operations and ensure a welcoming customer experience
-Introduce customers to agarwood & wellness collections with sincerity and cultural storytelling
-Maintain visual merchandising and store atmosphere that reflects the brand’s calm, refined identity
-Handle sales reporting, stock organization, and in-store coordination

E-Commerce Operations:
-Manage and optimize online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, and Website)
-Ensure accurate product listings, price updates, and campaign execution
-Analyze online performance metrics and implement improvement plans
-Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure smooth delivery process
-Manage WhatsApp & Messenger auto-reply systems for efficient communication
-Collaborate with the marketing team for digital campaigns and seasonal promotions
                    

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in retail and/or e-commerce
Language: Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and proficient in English
Skills: Familiar with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop systems, Canva, Excel or Google Workspace
Personality: Mature, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and aesthetically minded
Mindset: Self-motivated, positive, and capable of working independently without constant supervision
