Job description
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team, production and logistic groups by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between departments, customers, and external partners. This role plays a key part in maintaining sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, and timely execution of sales operations.
• Coordinate and monitor overall supply chain operations.
• Data entry and document processing and maintain all relevant records needed.
• Manage orders from preparing Sales Order, Work Order which need to submit to Production within acceptance time period set by company.
• Assist coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of delivery.
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
• Customer services; provide customer services and responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.
• Reviewing purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy.
• Requesting any special shipping/delivery arrangements as necessary.
• Assist plan and track the shipment/delivery of final products according to customer requirements.
• Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.
• Assist documenting operational tasks and reporting to Logistic Production Executive.
• Communication and correspondence; answer phones, respond to emails and compose basic correspondence.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• To comply with company’s instruction for any additional task required by the Management
Requirements
• Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
• Acquire proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, which are crucial for administrative tasks.
• Basic SQL knowledge is advantage
• Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
• Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service and client relations skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Keep organization and time management skills
• Chinese speaking (Advantage)
• Good collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements are advantage
