Job description
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, government EMS agencies, private medical centers, and clinics.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key medical professionals and procurement managers.
Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the clinical and operational benefits of our solutions.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for your assigned region.
Attend conferences, exhibitions, and tender briefings to represent the company.
Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Science, Nursing, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in medical device sales or pharmaceutical sales is highly advantageous. However, fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales and the medical field are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess a valid driver's license with a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Strong understanding of (or willingness to learn) the medical and emergency services landscape in Malaysia.
