Job description
1. Supervise and lead the production team to ensure daily manufacturing targets are achieved.
2. Plan and organize production schedules according to orders and delivery timelines.
3. Ensure all operations comply with food safety, HALAL, MESTI, and QA standards.
4. Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance for preventive actions.
5. Conduct daily line checks and verify production reports.
6. Train and motivate production operators to maintain productivity and discipline.
7. Ensure FIFO and proper material handling within the production area.
8. Troubleshoot production issues and resolve problematic processes.
9. Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
10. Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction activities.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food ingredient or food manufacturing.
.2. Minimum education level: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia), STPM or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering or related field.
3. Able to communicate and write in both Malay and English languages.
4. Preferably between 30 to 40 years of age.
5. Flexibility: Willing to work on shifts or weekends when required/Support ad-hoc tasks.
6. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
7. Machine handling and maintenance competence will be an advantage.
8. Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and MESTI requirements.
9. Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
