Job description

1.	Position as Welding Department HOD.
2.	To create, develop or updating welding department procedure and document according to company ISO requirement.
3.	To ensure employee perform daily task as required cording to position and JD requirement. 
4.	To coordinate and monitor the progress of work that required to be completed with specific schedule time or as required by customer that set by management. 
5.	To study welding process for the new product from customer by following the client requirement.
6.	To involve on WPS creation and development that suit production usage as per customer requirement. 
7.	To participate and involve in welder WQT planning and Welder development program.
8.	To Improve welding process capability to suit production demand.
9.	To monitor quality of product to meet customer requirement.
10.	To plan manpower headcount requirement and monitor department manpower utilization.
11.	To monitor monthly cost and revenue performance and submitted monthly revenue report to management.
12.	To design production layout and lean production floor as per production demand.  
13.	Maintaining safe working environment by complying to company safety system and requirement and monitoring of 5S System implementation  
14.	Maintaining work environmental control by controlling of disposal chemical or use item.
15.	To assist and support with customer audit 
16.	Work with all related department for new product discussion, New Customer requirement and new technology implementation. 
17.	Plan and deploy resources to support issues at customer site as require.
18.	Develop a cost-effective working process and continues improvement 
19.	Maintaining of Department Assets  
20.	To Involve in corrective action activities for continues improvement 
21.	Develop and approval of new Work instruction (WI) and standard for production use.
22.	To participate in tools or jig design with engineering team for production use.
23.	To support others duty assigned by the management from time to time.
24.	To communicate and monitor the performance of vendor or supplier 
25.	Attending customer meeting and discussion. 
26.	To assist employee on company welfare and benefit. 
27.	Conducting counseling for employee when required.
28.	Conducting yearly appraisal, confirmation appraisal or promotion for employee 
29.	To perform training for new employee or upgrading of knowledge or skill.
