Job description

You will oversee the full design-build process for landed house refurbishments, including structural strengthening and construction of extra levels. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our interior designers, architects, and site teams to bring each transformation to life.

- Conduct feasibility assessments and structural coordination for additional floors or extensions
- Prepare and review construction drawings, BOQs, and authority submission documents
- Liaise with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure safety, quality, and compliance
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and site progress
- Support interior design team with technical solutions and buildability insights
- Ensure all works meet local building regulations (MBPP / MPSP)
                    

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Interior Design or Architecture background with relevant build experience also considered)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in landed house renovation or extension projects
- Familiar with structural detailing, foundation work, and authority processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and basic site supervision
- Knowledge of building codes, M&E coordination, and material specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
