𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. Conduct technical training courses and product seminars for internal staff and external customers.
2. Travel for outstation training sessions as required.
3. Assist with the setup, commissioning, maintenance, and fabrication of training equipment.
4. Learn and master new products and deliver structured training accordingly.
5. Handle customer training enquiries via email and phone that related to training.
6. Coordinate training activities: participant registration, attendance tracking, evaluation, certifications, and reporting.
7. Maintain proper documentation aligned with audit and HRD Corp (HRDF) compliance standards.
8. Apply for and manage training grants from HRD Corp or similar bodies.
9. Monitor training schedules and ensure timely execution.
10. Recommend improvements to training materials based on feedback and outcomes.
11. Participate in additional company events such as stock take and exhibitions as assigned.
                    

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹, 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰, 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹, 𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.
2. 𝗛𝗥𝗗𝗙 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻-𝗧𝗵𝗲-𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿 (𝗧𝗧𝗧) 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is an advantage.
3. Strong presentation and communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Training will be provided – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
