Job description

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQ and tender documentation
- Evaluate and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs, progress claims, and final accounts
- Provide cost control and value engineering solutions
                    

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Min. 2–4 years’ experience in interior fit-out or construction
- Strong knowledge of contracts, cost analysis and measurement
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
