- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management. - Support the team in reconciling discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. - Regularly reconcile and ensure consistency between vendor orders and records in the internal systems. - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies promptly. - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of inventory adjustments. - Performs all admin tasks and other duties as assigned by superior. - Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is required as this role involves frequent communication with suppliers from China.
- Language: Mandarin (must), English, and Bahasa Malaysia. - Fresh graduate are welcome to apply - At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Excel and Word), Spreadsheet. - Detail-oriented and organized, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to handle daily employee issues and needs, adept at communication and problem-solving.
