Job description
- Monitor pending orders proactively and follow up without needing reminders.
- Manage the full sales order process independently, from order taking to invoicing.
- Identify and resolve common order-related issues (e.g., stock availability, pricing discrepancies, delivery timing).
- Coordinate effectively with the warehouse and outbound teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Accurately input and update customer orders in the system.
- Develop a basic understanding of product knowledge and customer profiles to support sales activities.
- Respond promptly to simple customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage.
- Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn online/e-commerce platforms.
