Job description

Assist the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns across online (TikTok, Shopee, IG, FB) and offline (showroom, canopy sales, events).

Support day-to-day marketing operations — content scheduling, product launches, promotional updates, and showroom promotions.

Track campaign performance (sales, traffic, engagement) and prepare simple reports for management.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operation) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Manage marketing-related administrative tasks such as quotation requests, supplier coordination, and stock checks for promotions.

Ensure promotional materials (price tags, posters, vouchers, social media creatives) are prepared and delivered on time.

Assist in organizing showroom events, seasonal campaigns, and contractor/member activities.

Maintain an updated marketing calendar to avoid clashes and ensure timely execution.
                    

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in retail marketing/operations is an advantage.

Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or social media tools is a plus.

Good communication skills and ability to work with different departments.

Proactive, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in retail, home living, or interior design is a bonus.
