Job description

Conduct ballet classes based on the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus for students of various ages and levels.
Prepare students for RAD graded and vocational examinations, ensuring proper technique, artistry, and syllabus compliance.
Design progressive lesson plans that align with RAD standards and support individual student development.
Provide detailed feedback to students and parents regarding progress and readiness for exams or performances.
Instill discipline, musicality, posture, and a strong technical foundation in all students.
Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, progress tracking, and examination results.
Supervise rehearsals and participate in school concerts, stage performances, and events as required.
Create short video content periodically for the School’s promotional use.
