Job description
Provide prompt and professional support to students and parents by handling enquiries via walk-ins, telephone calls, or emails.
Assist teachers by coordinating additional lesson arrangements and providing student-related information as needed.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with students and parents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Promote the School’s courses and music products; conduct course consultations for prospective students and parents.
Manage student billing and collect payments from parents or students.
Plan and coordinate student timetables effectively to match teacher availability and student needs.
Be available to work on weekends, based on the branch's operational requirements.
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the branch premises at all times.
Requirements
Communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin to cater to a diverse customer base.
