Job description
1) Motor Dismantling & Inspection
Disassemble electric motors, pumps, and generators for inspection.
Diagnose faults such as winding short circuits, insulation breakdown, or mechanical defects.
2) Motor Rewinding
Remove old windings and prepare stators/rotors for rewinding.
Accurately rewind motors according to specifications, using correct wire size and winding patterns.
Ensure proper insulation, varnishing, and curing of windings.
3) Testing & Quality Assurance
Perform electrical tests (e.g., insulation resistance, winding resistance, continuity) before and after rewinding.
Ensure rewound motors meet performance and safety standards.
4) Repair & Maintenance
Carry out repairs on electric motors, pumps, and related equipment.
Replace or repair bearings, shafts, and other mechanical parts as required.
Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns.
