Job description
-Plan, manage and oversee renovation projects from start to completion.
-Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timeline and quality standards are met.
-Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and budgets.
-Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
-Manage subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow on site.
Requirements
-SPM/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in renovation or construction project management.
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
-Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, or other project management tools (added advantage).
