Job description

Independently supervise and monitor site works for quality and timely execution
Coordinate and manage contractors, suppliers, and design team
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and project requirements
Lead and manage site workers, assign daily tasks
Conduct regular and detailed site inspections and troubleshoot on-site issues
Prepare and submit comprehensive site progress reports
                    

Requirements

Diploma in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
2–4 years of solid experience in site supervision
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Able to interpret complex technical drawings and plans
Own transport and willing to travel to site
