Job description

Assist in supervising site works to ensure quality and timely completion
Support coordination with designers, contractors, and suppliers
Monitor compliance with safety and project specifications
Assist in managing site workers and daily site activities
Conduct basic site inspections and report issues
Prepare simple progress reports and updates to senior team
                    

Requirements

Diploma in Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
0–2 years of experience in site supervision (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards
Good coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills
Able to read basic technical drawings
Own transport and willing to travel to site
