Job description

Lead and develop creative design concepts and project presentations
Prepare and review detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and technical documentation
Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project
Conduct site visits, resolve on-site issues, and ensure project execution aligns with design intent
Stay updated with market trends and contribute to design strategy development

                    

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience in interior design
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong in conceptual design, space planning, material selection, and detailing
Able to lead design direction, communicate clearly with clients & internal teams
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
Strong portfolio required
