-To issue quotation, consignment note, sales order, delivery order & invoice. -To manage daily dispatch delivery goods schedule. -To assist in placement of orders, returns, or exchange of goods. -To follow up shipment arrival schedule with internal Purchasing Department. -To greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. -To respond on customers’ questions and complaints (by email or phone call) and circulate the information to relevant departments. -To coordinate on implementing social media strategy to align with business goals. -To communicate and respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. -Any ad hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.
-Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above. -Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word. -Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English -At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. -Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Business Administration / Customer Service or equivalent. -1 Full-Time position available based Full-Time based in Puchong. -Training provided. -Fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
