Job description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with solid experience in customer engagement, particularly with clients operating in factories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base in Penang and Kedah.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the semiconductor and factory sectors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
-Visit customers regularly and understand their needs to propose appropriate spare parts and solutions.
-Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
-Collaborate with the internal team for product sourcing, delivery scheduling, and customer support.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide after-sales support and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
-Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
-Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently.
-No engineering certificate required.
Benefits
Basic Salary: RM 4,500 – RM 6,000 (depending on experience)
Commission: Up to 2% on invoice value
