Responsible in generate Invoices, customer orders and etc. related document. To liaise and coordinate with the dealers and internal departments for sales support task. Timely and accurately processing of daily sales order. Building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients. Convincing customers to purchase products and services. Answering customers’ concerns and queries. Documenting sales and processing orders. Gathering feedback from customers. Conducting market research to identify customers’ needs and selling strategies. Representing an organisation at trade fairs and other business events. Drafting sales reports and submitting them to superiors.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, 中文. Candidates who have hardware or Building Materials sales experience will be added advantage. Ability to perform multitask and prioritize daily workload. Ability to research possible business leads and product trends. Have strong skills in communication, negotiating and marketing. Have your own tranport and willing to travel. Working Location: BUKIT MERTAJAM, Pulau Pinang Applicants who can start work with short notice will be added advantage.
