Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell our in-house fishing tackle products to dealers, retailers, and end-users.
Travel across Malaysia to visit clients, attend fishing events, and explore new business opportunities (up to 80% travel).
Build and maintain strong relationships with fishing tackle retailers and influencers in the angling community.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical support or guidance on product usage.
Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports for management.
Attend in-office reporting and team meetings 2 days per month.
Requirements
Requirements
Strong interest in fishing, preferably with hands-on experience in angling or tackle usage.
Proven sales experience, preferably in outdoor sports, lifestyle, or FMCG industries.
Willing to travel extensively and independently across Malaysia, including rural and coastal areas.
Own vehicle required (monthly travel reimbursement will be provided).
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Chinese is a plus).
Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
